What does my purchase include?
Personalised Video invitations are £25, Scrolling invitations are £25, and Classic invitations are £15. Ready-made 3D greetings are £5 each and keep their fixed wording. Prices are one-time payments for one selected invitation, not a subscription or access to every design.
A personalised purchase includes the selected design and final wording you confirm at checkout. Review spelling, names, date, time and venue carefully before paying. A different design or a new personalisation is a separate purchase.
Can I preview before paying?
Yes. Explore designs and customise your details before checkout. Video previews use the Everafter preview watermark. Use “Play with my wording” in the video editor to check your names and details in the animation.
How will I receive my invitation?
- Video: your personalised portrait MP4 appears in Your orders when generation finishes.
- Scrolling: open your invitation website from Your orders and copy the guest link.
- Classic: open your purchased design from Your orders and download the final portrait image.
- 3D greeting: download the fixed-wording film from its paid order page.
How long does a video take?
Generation time varies with the design and render queue. Your order page shows its progress. You can leave the page and return using the same signed-in account; you do not need to pay again to check its status.
What if something goes wrong?
If a payment or render appears stuck, check the existing order before starting another purchase. A confirmed payment stays attached to your order even if your connection drops. If the final file is missing, incorrect or faulty, keep the order reference and contact us so we can investigate.
Digital delivery & cancellations
Checkout asks you to request immediate digital supply and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends when supply begins. This does not remove your rights when digital content is faulty or not as described. If supply has not started or you need help with a purchase, contact us with your order reference.
Your details & guest replies
Drafts are private to your account. A purchased Scrolling invitation is accessible to anyone you share its guest link with, so only include information you want those guests to see. RSVP names, emails, guest numbers and any details your guests submit are available to the invitation’s owner.
